Brasilia 50 years
50 years ago in this landscape Brasilia was constructed and ready to receive it´s 500.000 inhabitants (now with 2,6 million). It took 5 years to construct the city in the geographical center of Brazil.
The urban plan was made by Lucio Costa and the buildings were designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
Here some images of the interior of the ministry of foreign affairs, staircase and roofgarden. The nature around Brasilia is amazing and within the city pedestrian space is well designed with trees who give shade.
